750m swim - triathlon in 4 weeks

    I'm taking part in the London triathlon in 4 weeks. My previous times over 750m are approx 18 or 19 minutes.

    Question: What is the best way to train to improve my times over the coming weeks?

    I was thinking of swimming twice a week & covering 1km broken up as follows:
    • 3x250m - front crawl
    • 1x250m - breast stroke

    I'm not planning on breaking any speed records, just looking on tips to improve fractionally.
