Utopian Ruins:

Utopian Ruins are a 5-piece Hard Rock/Metal band from Portlaoise, Ireland. The band consists of Jordan McEvoy (vocals), Gary Fox (guitars), Shane Booth (guitars & vocals), Sean O’Connor (bass) and Cozzy Cosgrave (drums).

The band formed in 2006 by Bassist Sean O’Connor and Guitarist Gary Fox in Dublin. The pair got in touch with Jordan McEvoy to take on vocal duties, upon his agreement the band relocated to Portlaoise and acquired Cozzy Cosgrave on drums. As a four piece the band set out and recorded a 4-track demo and started playing locally and around Ireland. In early 2009 a new member was added to the line-up. Shane Booth, a local musician joined to play as a second guitar player and as a second vocalist.

Thus far Utopian Ruins have shared the stage with some of Irelands finest underground bands and even supported American band Brant Bjork & the Bros on their Irish tour in 2008.

Jemson Green:

Great new today, i love that about music **** all for a while and then it comes in bouts. On top of agreeing the title track to French Movie "Truth or Dare" due out in 2009 We have also just agreed a calaboration with emerging French Hip Hop artist " Keny Beuztar". We will release a single in France towards the end of the summer and are in the progress of finalising the tour to follow. Good times ahead and i'm dying to see how it turns out!!! So keep tuned for our next updates...it's all moving again
