Hi I want to go blonde. I've made an appointment in Bellissimo Academy (limerick) for Wednesday. I said I want a colour, and cut. But just looking at their site, and price list, they have a 'semi permanent colour' or permanent tint'. Here's the site. I want it permanent, but could someone explain what the frig a tint is?…

They don't have anything written up about a permanent colour, so does that mean they don't do them? just want to make sure, so I can know whether or not to cancel the appointment, and go somewhere else.

I really don't want to be wasting their time when i get there.
