    hi there

ive been suffering with pain ( suffered a rib injury 18 months ago ) on and off for quite a while , i recently went for a nerve block but it didnt make any difference and the pain has actually increased since and ive been taking TYLEX painkillers which always worked well in the past , however , i think ive become immune to tylex and i think i should try some other painkiller , any recomendations , i cant take DYPHANE as i suffer from asthma and cant breath properly on them , parecetemol or solphadine are not strong enough

suggestions would be very welcome , thanks

ps , is being in pain a year and a half after an injury unusual , i realise that thier are people in constant pain but my accident wasnt that serious and i was only 30 when it happend

You are best discussing this with your doctor who can advise or refer you for better pain control.
