Giant CRS 3.0 or Trek 7.2FX WSD

    Can anyone recommend the better of these two bikes? Also the prices:

    Giant €420 complete with mudguards,carrier and computer.
    Trek €460 with the above extras.

    Are these competitive?

    I got the giant crs3.0 March 08.I also was thinking of getting the trek 7.2 but after talking with the guy in the bike shop i went for the giant.His advice was giant offer much better value for money.Better frames,anyhow the bike is excellent the only complant for me is the brakes.I think a little weak not that weak though.Sold the bike to my brother (i wanted a road bike.)He has left the bike out in the rain most days never cleans it and a year and a bit later it slill looks like new.He has even crashed it i think it is a great bike.Hope this helps.

    I have a CRS3.0 for commuting to work, It's a great built bike, personally ,I changed the saddle, and bars, and put my training wheels on it with 23c tyres, but will be putting the original wheels and tyres back on for the Winter. Needs very little maintenence.

    Another option is the Giant Expression W at circa.€300.

    Is that a good bike? Also, is the price reasonable?
