Can eurosport be got outside the Sky platform?

Hi, I recall over a decade ago Eurosport was freely available on the analogue Sat systems. just wondering can it be got without having to subscribe to Sky now? :o

Yes, in German on Astra 1 19.2 east. Not the British eurosport version though.
