Laptop for VISSIM

Looking for a cheap as possible laptop (max €500) to run VISSIM microsimulation software. Will post requirements for VISSIM later but would be looking for at least 2 gigs ram and a decent dual core (VISSIM can be set to use all available cores or as few as you want) Screen size doesn't matter. Weight isn't an issue…
