Some advice needed lads, I wish to hold a peaceful protest outside the place of business and possibly the home of a developer who has basically ruined my home and got away with it. Is there any way I can do this without getting arrested?

From a legal point of view: This forum isn't for legal advice

From a moral point of view: I would think it bad form to protest outside someones private home. Whatever about protesting against him it is not fair to his family to be dragged in to it

OP: You can't legally protest outside the home of the developer, unfortunately. I would be in favor of it personally, but you'd get arrested.
However, I think that, legally, you're allowed to protest outside the business as long as you keep moving. Like, just keep walking slowly in a circle and they can't arrest you. I would look into it more though. I'm not too sure how it would work for a business that you don't work for.

Technically you are seeking legal advice. While I do feel for you and your family, I cant allow this thread to continue.

If you wish to seek advice on what you can and can;t do outisde a place of business or a place of residence, seek advice from a solicitor if you wish.
