Ok, so basically i'm receiving job allowance. When i first signed on, the letter stated that i could claim for 306 days. My question is, if i don't claim the full amount i am entitled to every week, will i be able to claim after this 306 period is up?

what do you mean exactly. Are you asking if you are say working part time 2-3 days a week will your benefit last longer.

You are receiving benefit if you have a letter that says 306 days.

Yes. I think that it should but probably doesn't!

If you are working casually, and claim for 3 days a week, then your claim paid days increase by 3 every week.
If you claim for a full week, then the claim paid days increase by 6 every week.
Its not the length of time your claim can be open for.

Ok, so the 306 says is based on 6 days a week, so if i claimed for, on average 3 days a week, i could claim for 712 days?
