    Hi,

I've 2 laptops, one running Vista, and one running XP. Both can access the internet via a wireless router without a problem.

Laptops and router on same subnet.
    Both laptops can ping eachother.
Sharing is setup on the desired folders on both laptops.

Neither laptop can actually see the other in it's network list.

Anything staring me in the face that I'm missing? Why can't they see eachother?

    Thanks,

    K.

Both computers need to be in the same workgroup, right click on my computer and click properties>Computer Name tab> and change the workgroup there(default is MSHOME).

There's also a service whose name I can't remember. Maybe ident. Maybe your firewall is blocking that?
