    I have a quick question........

A warrant dates 21st May issued by the courts takes until 24th June to make it onto the garda system.....Is that the normal length of time? over 4 weeks?

It was an enforcement warrant for non payment of maintenance, with a 3 month sentence attached if monies were not received upon arrest.
I understand that since 25th June all these types of warrants have been returned to the issuing courts pending new government legisaltion.
I would like to know if however taking over a month is normal practice for warrants.

    Thanks

Depends on the court office issuing.

But as you say, all committal warrants halted at the moment due to the case in the High Court a couple of weeks ago
