HELP! PSV test tomorrow, no letter!!

hi, can someone please help, my husband is sitting his spsv test tomorrow in dublin and i've put the confirmation letter 'somewhere safe' i'm sure it said he had to bring it to sit the test but it doesn't say that anywhere on the regulator website. has this happened to anyone before???? thanks!! rj
