    Your choice is limited and the budget has to be plenty. What part of the country are you in and are you paying for it or is the company?? Its many many hundreds to do a certified course....

    They do several courses held all around the country. The website will guide you quite simply to your level.

    Several specialist off licenses will host different wine evenings and courses occasionally, too. Just keep your eyes open in places like Donnybrook Fair, Fallon & Byrne or Oddbins.
