Squeaking coming from front of car

There is a high pitched squeaking noise coming from the front right of my car. It comes and goes. If I hear it and gently apply the breaks it stops but comes back again a few minutes later. Any idea on what the problem might be. I'm thinking break callipers sticking or something like that Car = 1998 Celica SS-III

Could be worn brake pads

need to get it checked asap other wise you will ruin YOUR DISC
