3 Sky Boxes But Only 2 New Cards Received

The title says it all. Just wondering if I should have received new cards for all three boxes.

Maybe the third card might be sent to me separately. Anyone else with three boxes? Were the cards sent out to you in one post or two?

I have never order 3 boxes from sky. (Obviously youve signed up to multiroom). You should receive 3 cards through the post; one for each box. It could be a case that 2 cards were shipped together and the other one will be arriving the next day or two later; though I would doubt it if you received the 2 cards together through the post on the same day.

I would phone sky and tell them. I reckon they will say the third card is in the post and must just be late getting to you. If it were me, I would take this excuse as "We at sky ****ed up and only sent you two cards when we should have sent you three. We will send the third one out when were ready".

Even though, I would phone sky and see what they have to say. Pending their response, give it 3 days for the new card to reach you.
