    when signing up for this broadband service after all the paper work was done they told me there was a 5gigabyte cap per month:mad: "Im on billpay" and Im diligent about what Im using per month they have a software tingy that tells you.anyway

    my issue now
    downloaded 3.5gb of data last month june 09(they said I downloaded 7.?):eek:
    now for this month I dont have any download credit because I supposedly went over my limit last month june 09,?? even if I did go over last month by 2gb they still wont credit me the 3 remaining gigabytes owed to me this month,(Note: I have 5gb alloted per month) but they will still debit my account in full for this month:mad:

    oh yes and if I wish to cancel the service its 160 euro cancellation fee,

    buyer BEWARE:mad:

    Why don't you sign up with 3 and get 15GB per month on your contract?

    yeh hi Im stuk in a contract with them for another few months :( as I said 160euro to escape,another learning curve,I plan to move over to another service asap:)

    Were you using torrents?

    3.5 down doesn't take the upload into account to seed.

    Check out the mega thread in the mid band forum, 3 is crap. I got rid of it after my 12 month contract ended and switched to O2, now I actually have a reliable connection instead of crawling traffic and days at a time with constant disconnections.
