Yeah I agree with Funnyname id go with Limerick +8, KK -11 and Cork -5

I dunno - remember the game is on in Cork - the conditions will have an obvious effect - if its a fine day it could be a hammering. Limerick are way off the pace and barely got through against Clare last time.

I will probably just put on qualify for the next round bets at the weekend, but if I was going for handicaps it would be Wexford and Armagh. There is good value in backing Wexford in a lot of football matches, for every championship game they played last year they were the underdogs with the bookies.

    Wexford -2 11/10
    Armagh -1 evens

To qualify for the next round those are

    Wexford 4/9
    Armagh 8/13

My bet this week is cork -7 v limerick(football) @5/6 on paddy powers
1k down to win 1833 gl to me!

I dont think this will be a cake walk for Cork. They will win but 9+ points in football on a wet day against a defensive team like Limerick who have a score to settle after Cork robbed them last year, I just cant see it happening...

What do people think London +15 in the handicap against Down in football?

I also think Tipp will beat Louth at 11/8

Wexford to beat Offaly, Armagh to beat Monaghan, Fermanagh to beat Wiclow (all in football)and Antrim to beat Laois in hurling gives accum of about 6/1

What do people think about this accumulator?

    Cork - Cork v Limerick
    Kilkenny - Dublin v Kilkenny
    Cork - Offaly v Cork
    Tyrone - Tyrone v Antrim
    Donegal - Donegal v Carlow
    Down - Down v London

    e10 would yield about e15

Seems like easy money to be honest! The two cork matches are the dodgiest but they are still pretty much certs

yes, I'm worried both Cork games too but I need them to spice up the accumulator.

My hunch is London will push Down alright, they've improved over the last year or so. They managed 2 wins in the League, and from what I can remember they gave Galway a game. (I think it was a late Michael Meehan penalty that put a gloss on the scoreboard). Down were poor against a Fermanagh side who failed to impress on their next outing against Cavan.

That said, I wouldn't lay too much on it, Down did have a decent run in the qualifiers last year

They all looked nailed on alright - the only one where an upset is possible is Offaly V Cork. That said I have backed Cork -5pts in this but Offaly are sometimes unpredictable. Though they were woeful against a woeful Wexford team.

Antrim hurlers -3 Versus Laois @ evens looks nailed on to me

Id take Donegal (-10) at 10/11 and i think the lock of the week is Lim +8 (10/11). Remember Lim really shud have beaten Cork last year albeit at Gaelic Grounds. They are improved on last year and have a recent history of putting it up to the big boys. Also, Cork have been really good on each occasion this year and I dont think they can maintain it in every game. They still should win but it will be close in my book.
