    Right,

I failed a module this year, first time i have to repeat, but the module is 100% continuos assessment, which means i dont have an exam to repeat as such.

So im stuck as to what I have to do to register etc, as i was told my a friend that courses which are 100% C.A. dont cost to repeat, do i contact the lecturer of that module or ring the exams office?

    any help is appreciated,

E-mailing your lecturer or the head of your course would be a good start. In some modules, they have a repeat exam in place incase people fail the continuous assessment. In others, they may give you permission to repeat the CA alongside your modules next year.

What is the story with repeats money wise?
I was told it was included in your registration fee.
I have to repeat 3 written exams, does that make a difference?

You have to pay extra to repeat and the price is the same regardless of how many you have to sit. I dont know what the charge is this year but a couple of years back it was €130ish (if I remember correctly)!
