Just as a matter of interest ajeffares what positions would you say those players would suit? Am getting to understand what stats are suited to what positions but still not 100% sure!

Ben Mckenzie would be a winger, but if you were to improve his defence he could be center or fullback.
Ronan O'Connell is a tough one, a bad mix of stats, with a bit of training he could be a 12.
Cian O'Conor is a wing ATM, but with some training especialy defence, he could be almost anywhere in the backs
Brandon Jamieson is without a doubt a back row, Wing-forward preferably

Can you do direct trades with teams or does everything have to be done on the open market? I'm getting slaughtered at the moment in the bidding wars.

I picked up some great 7k+ players for less then $500 a couple of weeks ago.
Now players I'm selling with 3kCSR are going for over a grand... its madness!
