it depends on the price, I saw it on Amazon for 280 pounds sterling, for that it seems slightly expensive for me considering its a celeron, but you may have found it for cheaper.

It is unlikely you will find a laptop which does not have wifi as standard.

We will be able to help you better if you can tell us more details.

    What is your budget?
What do you want the laptop to do, I am guessing basic internet surfing, movie and music playing and word processing?
if its more than this video games etc let us know.

Is 15.4 inch your desired size? or would you consider a small mini laptop that would have a longer batter length and be more portable but would be considerably smaller.

Is your main priority to minimise price, or to maximise value given a certain budget etc?

It is worthwhile replying to this we will help then.

my budget is around 350/ 400... its for a person who is startin college in sept, so pretty basic use of wireless surfin, movies and music.. as for screen size i'd prefer a 15.4inc... i dont think the smaller laptops would be suitable...

Im having a bit of trouble with my toshiba lately and have been looking around online, I'd have to warn you that I'm finding they get an awful lot of bad press, especially for after sales service and repairs etc.
I've found Acer's to be very reliable
