    It's late in the day, I know, but I saw a few signs this afternoon for a golf liquidation sale that's happening at the Ashdown Park Hotel in Gorey, (today and) tomorrow, from 9am to 6pm. I have no idea what's on offer but it might be worth a visit if you're after something. The number to ring if you want to know more is 085 8223016.

    I've been to something similar before, advice is - DON'T GO

    Poor selection of overpriced out of date goods that they move from hotel to hotel every week.

    Mentioned it to my father-in-law last night as he was down that direction anyway. He said he might pop along if he was at a loose end.
    Just got text from him to say that he went but bought nothing.
    Not a great selection there.
