    I read this yesterday.

    He did a silly thing.
Sometimes stuff can get on top of you.

Only 20 years of age so it must be harsh for him to have two team members supposedly clip him across the face. Hope he sorts out his problems out, he's a frighting runner when he wants to be just needs to sort his hands out probably to be a complete package.

    This is just getting better.

On one of the French sites they said he didn't actually fell over a table but was beaten up because of a fight between French players.

Hate to see that happen to someone only starting their career.

    Don't believe that at all.
How would the other players let the whole Assault thing happen?

    Jesus, that's crass.

They're discussing it on Matt Cooper now.

Reported to the media that he was hoped on by 3 lads in NZ. Later confused that it didn't happen that he in fact fell on his bed dresser while mullered and cut his face was embarrassed and made up the story. THEN the reports went around that he was mullered with the rest of the squad and Picomoles and Quadrego gave him a box for acting the ejit while being drunk.

guess we should be happy that we only have ogara debates to mull over, French rugby in serious bother at the moment.

    Meh.

This is someone's personal tragedy, someone who clearly needs help. Nothing to do with France's rugby status.

I hope the bloke's ok, nothing to do with him playing rugby, I've known people who've suffered from serious mental health problems and it's just horrid.

The worst All Black side in history though, poor bastards are going to get hammered in the 3N.

My mate said that on the radio (I think "News"talk) they said there were even rumors circulating about an apparent suicide attempt.

Not good for the lad, only 20 years old!

Not far from the team that beat all comers during the autumn.
I wouldn't be so sure that they will get hammered. A couple of injuries and a bit of form.

They are still a very good rugby team by anyones standards.

    Sh*t...hope he's ok.

Speedy recoverery my friend! Always tragic to hear stuff like this. What's worse is when it's somebody so young and in the full glare of the media spotlight.

His club should look after him and give him a leave of absence and get him the best help they can, which is hopefully what they are doing.

Anyone hear the guy on the Newstalk talking about it? Slightly unhelpful to say the least.

Jeez this is news to me i thought it was a simple fall.. and now he is gone for mental health treatment.. a few creases ironed out in his game and he would have been a real talent..

Am i right in saying he come from a famous sporting family.. William Gallas is his first cousin??? You would think his family would have kept him on song being in the spot light the past few years..

He is apparently a really really quiet guy who doesent drink and prefers a quite night in rather than going out on the town. Im devastated for him to be honest, to hear he was admitted to a psychiatric hosptial and maybe even attempted suicide :< and for such a talented player too. This kind of thing is career ending.
