Having a bit of an issue with my Macbook, every time it goes to sleep it refuses to wake up, forcing me to force shut it down. The status light seems to stay on all the time, not blinking as normal and occasionally the fan starts spinning at high speed. Anyone any ideas?

Im running a 2.2Ghz Macbook with 4gb Ram on 10.5.7, i recently updated but this issue was happening previously.

sounds like either a software problem, or a problem with your ram.
