Unlocked Nokia N85

Hi there. I went to a shop yesterday and got my Nokia N85 unlocked. It now works on sims cards from other networks. I also thought that I would have been able to update the software but have been unable to do so even do I know there's new software available for my phone. Any help on the above would be appreciated Rgds, TJM

Youd also have to change the phones product code to a unlocked one. Google would be able to provide instructions and a product code list
