    What do CE rates actually mean?

    Also, a mate of mine missed 2 signing days (don't ask me how :rolleyes:) and his stamps ran out around the same time. He's living off thin air at the min and doesn't know whether to find out from the Dole office or just wait? Anyone know what he should do?

    rate of pay on a community employment scheme i would think
