Computer Arts: Issue 125

    Not sure if this is the correct place to post this question.

    I am currently working on one of their UIs in the current edition "Interactive Design" Issue 125, Page 48 to 53.

    I have done steps 1 to 10 and I am now sures as to why they got us to to that part of the "project".

    Basically how do I move on, the rest isn't very explanatory to me.
