Bargin advice on a Philips 32pfl5404h

I know this isnt generally an advice section but can you tell me is 400 euro a bargin price for the following tv. Has anyone seen any reviews of it? Cant find much myself.

Edit:, its quite a bit dearer from Pixmania so you're probably not going to get a better 32" LCD for less

Extra years warrany than from RicherSounds which would probably account for an extra 40-50 euro though. Just missed out on one of these myself from RicherSounds. If you've seen it somewhere else for this price can you let me know
