Hello all, Anyone know of any good cookery schools out there? I am interested in doing a week long cookery course and don't want to waste a precious week of vacation time on a course which is known to be only mediocre. Hello all,
Anyone know of any good cookery schools out there?

I love to cook and have no fear turning my hand to any reciepe I find but I would love to improve these skills so I can learn how to chop properly:)
