    Hi;

    I'm out of the country at the moment so thats why i'm asking this here. Basically i work part-time (only one day on a Sunday, which i understand is not considered a working day under the Job Seekers Allowance). My father works full time and my mother part time. How much generally do people think i would get?

    I also finished college at the start of May and i heard from somebody that i can get paid all the allowance from then up to now, is this true?

    Cheers
    Conor

    Is it actually possible to lie?

    Anything is possible. Here is the thing, most of the time, the truth is worse than anything you could possibly make up. I sent off an email for a job last night offering to work for €204 per week.......as a legal executive. I mean, come on.........truth is stranger than fiction.

    Lying = social welfare fraud.

    So it is possible, but not advisable in the least.

    Exactly, and as I was saying, tell them the truth, its always a more colourful story anyways.
