Note Wiggle are free for everything else other than bikes. Probikekit do free delivery on anything not too bulky (e.g. bikes, wheels, etc.), there are a few others.

Just because they "include" it in the price, doesn't make it free.

They are still very cheap regardless. Flat delivery charges are good for large purchases, but buying 50 euro of stuff and paying 20 euro delivery is not nice. Wiggle's policy ensures people are always spending small amounts often.

I bought a MTB from merlin cycles, 60 euro delivery was steep on a 530 euro bike. Still a great offer though, I'm not complaining (before kenmc and greyspoke give out to me!).

Yeah, dunno why you would exclude shops who do not add the postage price onto the bike already. I have never met a volunteer courier or postman. Some other shops are just as cheap and have very reasonable postage.
