Is it possible for my uncle to be considered my father for inheritance purposes?

As he was very much my father figure, but as he was not legally it appears I am liable for a huge tax bill. I was told there might be a clause allowing him for inheritance purposes to be legally recognised as my father. Does anyone know of this?.
    Thanks

Is he giving you a business, farm or a house you are living in currently?

Talk to a tax expert, they could end up saving you thousands?
