My brother and Sister got married in Malta last September and all 110 guests had a fantastic time ... no worries with language so all guests will be happy as larry. The venue was in the Westin Dragonara which was fantastic and the staff were really helpful ... unfortunately we had a freak storm the day of the wedding (the reception was to be held outside on the rocks by the sea which was flooded) so two hours before the reception they had everything move to a new area of the hotel - which was equally fantastic ... so all went well. Malta is fantastic !

When I was staying at the Raddison there was a wedding on and I got a look at the room, It was fantastic to say the least. Id say it was quite pricy though.

    Hi,

we are also looking into having our wedding in Malta, maybe Gozo, we will invite about 120 people but hope only 80 will show up, just wondering if anyone had experience of having their wedding there and any idea of what the cost might be.

Im getting married in malta in Oct this year. My fiance's father is maltese so i kinda know the country and love it. I have around 100 guests going over from Ireland.

The reception is in the Raddison SAS at St Georges Bay. I am using a wedding planner who is brill and very easy to deal with. Her details are as follows:

    Audrienne Gonzi
    M. Director
    Tel: 353 857750664 (Dublin) 356 99882225 (Malta)
    Email: info@discovermaltanow.com

I have found that it is not too expensive but it can be as expensive as you want it to be. You could spend up to €1,000 to €50,000 if you wanted just depends on what sort of day you are after.
