I LOST MY XTRA-VISION CARD!

    I lost my card about 3 months ago......If I ask for a new one will they give it to me.

    Yes they will.

    * You may have to show them proof of ID
    * You may have to pay for it
    * You should let them know you lost it ASAP or someone else may be taking out rentals in your name

    I dont even know where it is
    Just give them your name and address when renting ;)

    Don't do this. It's a pain, plain and simple, and you'll probably find the majority of staff would much prefer you to have your card.

    Ask them for a new card.

    Lost my own one recently,
    Just bring a Passport or Driving license and a bill, just as proof of I.D and Address.
    They should give you a replacement there on the spot

    Well, you should really tell them you lost it, otherwise if I find it on the street, I can rent a load of DVDs on your account, not bring them back, and you'll get billed for them.

    My thoughts exactly on reading the OP , 3 months is a long time for some serious charges to get pilled up :eek:

    Go in straight away - the new card will have 'replacement' or 'second card' written on it and they'll make a note on your account to only accept said card.

    For f*ck sake, their site has all the information you need.

    Seriously if you're THAT lazy, you deserve to have a feckload of rentals on your card from whoever found it. Hopefully they kept all the DVDs too.

    Just to save you the effort of a click...
    Lost or stolen card: What do I do?
    If you are no longer in possession of your membership card, you should report it to your branch (used branches) as soon as possible because the card-holder is held responsible for all items taken out on the account.
    Following the report, your account will be permanently locked and cannot be used by anyone else
    When next visiting the store please bring official photo I.D. or a recently paid utility bill and a new account will opened for you with a new account number and membership card.
