tescos selling hydration pack for €15

tescos in killarney have these packs that seem well made. says they are fofr running/hiking etc. holds 2l. not much room for other stuff but maybe a cheap bladder for a bettr pack and then whats left would be a decent neat cycling backpack. all under €15...
