can anyone help need to find cheap parts for my seat ibiza on 2000 plate. need things like air filter, spark plugs, oil filter and other general stuff to do a full overhaul

Any motor factors will be very reasonable but dont use the likes of Halfords as they tend to be more expensive. A decent factors will have everything off the shelf there for you.
