    Hi

    Anyone seen a brake that is attached to fork arms ?
    I've seen in it on some fixie website months ago but cant find it now.

    There are a number of different brakes which mount onto the arms:

    1. Centre-pull caliper or U-brake - generally fitted to very old bikes or street/freestyle BMXes

    2. Cantilevers - Fitted to most mountain bikes over 8 years old.

    3. V-brakes - Fitted to most mountains bikes under 8 years old.
