Hey folks, I need to source a tyre for ye olde Hi Spec tank I have at home. Going by the markings on the tyre, it is a 48 - 22.5. Does anyone know if the equivalent tyre is here somewhere on this page? http://www.hispec.net/html/tyres.html Would i be right in assuming it's number 3?

Tyre size is defined as this

For example, a super single on a truck trailer is 385/65/22.5,

385mm = width
65 = profile height
22.5" is the rim diameter,

the tyres on these tankers were supplied as cross ply only and came from Russia, 48 x 22.5 is an old size, stick a tape on the width and double check it

Cheers lads, I'll throw a tape on it tonight, but it does look like the equivalent is 600/50-22.5. Any idea on what these cost?
