played skirmish-type 40k variants (necromunda and gorkamorka) way back in the day and looking at getting back into things. warhammer and lizardmen in particular have caught my eye. from what i can see theyre a CC-focused army with a decent bit of magic backing them up. plus the models are great, which for me is the main thing. not having played warhammer before though i have no idea how they will play. don't mind a challenge but don't wanna end up with a completely niche army either. any advice?

They got a new army book back in January. There's a review here that should give some info.
