[Available] Maynooth Single Room

    Hi guys,

    got a single room going in Maynooth for next year in Kingsbury if anyone is interested.

    280Eur rent per month plus bills + oil when we have to order it.

    Two guys in house at moment, both laid back.

    NTL in house with 32" HDTV and PS3/360 for gaming. Would prefer someone who would be up for the odd Halo session as we play every now and again.

    Have Digiweb broadband but it has a crappy 30Gig cap so wouldn't suit a heavy downloader really. Its about a gig a day of downloads between 3 people.

    Other than that, house has all amenities you'd expect and the room is a little bigger than your usual box room with plenty of closet space.

    Available from now.

    We need deposit to hold room so if you want to view it or want to see pics or whatever let me know.

    No problem if you want to move in during September. You can start paying rent when you move in.
