    no vodafone broadband today..no fone support either , crap service altogether

    What do you mean "no phone support"? Could they not solve the problem or was the helpline offline?

    Was it just that they had problems or have you had them before? There's not a lot anyone here can do about it.

    I would suggest dropping them an email and making your feelings known. The feedback may prove useful for them in the future.

    Sorry for the late reply but I had no internet.
    Seems I had a contract with v that ended on the 24 th June whereas I thought it was June 30th.
    Strange however they continued serving me until 27th June and my last bill lists service charges until 14 July.

    Anyway , now reverted back to 180 hr utv dial up package and been cut off three times in first half hour. Internet life is great in the sticks.
