Might be up for this eggie. I can bring your tyre also, leave it in JDs or something and pick it up on the way back.

Good spin today, no idea of stats or distance (they mean nothing!) but it was a good effort. Trojan-like work from eggie going over the Sally Gap, totally different cyclist to when I first went out with ya.

Heat was stifling, need to stop wearing my boards cap!

P.S. Anyone heading up from Enniskerry to Glencree (coffee shop) the last section of road is all loose chippings at the moment. On the plus side, they have started tarring the road.

    Distance: 106km
    Avg Speed: 23.6km
    Max Speed: 67km
    Ascent: 1125m
    Descent: 1156m

Sunset is at 21:56, according to Garmin.

Good spin, felt a little lethargic on way back, combination of last weeks spins, eating too much at Laragh and prob mostly the hills effort today to prevent dirk from falling over sideways waiting for me:D

Ooh, good stats. I was struggling to keep up with you until Laragh by the way!

Yeah, that is really ****ty at the moment. Typical lazy Irish approach to resurfacing the road.
