Obtaining Death Certificate {Copy} Of Deceased Relative

My father needs a copy of his sisters death certificate to conduct some business he has with an insurance company. He is not on speaking terms with his sisters ex-husband or children.

I would be grateful for any advice as to how to obtain a copy of her death cert in a legal, sensitive fashion.

    Many thanks.

Get out the phone book and go to your nearest Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages. It is listed under the HSE section in the phone book.

They are public documents so there should be no difficulty getting it. Cost about €10.00.:)
