You don't just click join a clan, it's usually made up of mates or CoD's elite.

It's very stupid with the clans. Anyone can say they're a part of a clan even if they're not. CoD:MW2 should have different settings (clan leader invites people).


Oh yeah, I'm in a clan called iRFT. It sucks. They never have clan matches.

I tried to join some clans back when I was really into CoD4 on the PC, one clan ignored my app and the other banned me because they thought I was hacking..(was just spamming an LMG). Either way it scared me off trying to join any others. I'll try again when MW:II comes out.

Any clans i encounter on the xbox are just a pack of kids who are too young to be playing the game and just spam p90 and noob tubes. id love to join a proper one on a PC though.

I wouldnt mind trying a clan, Any invites i get are from squeeky kids, and sound annoying. If i was going to join, id make sure its made up of a bit older crowd.

When I say "clan" I mean a group of 5 to 15 members playing together against other clans either for fun or in a ladder/cup.

How exactly do you manage 550 members? And more importantly, what's the point?

we've had over that many register on the site, since the clan started, nov 97 i think, we are a ps3 clan, so we play and run more comps then just COD, we have grid leagues fifa etc,
and as i said we have it down to 80 current members, cos we run a clean out system, if lads dont stay active on the forum they get kicked, so 80 is manageable 3 admins & 4 mods in the team, its very organised, and as i said best and biggest ps3 clan i the country ! we have a few lads from wales and england with us also and the odd time we get a few from the states, but they dont last long on account of the time difference

in the middle of a cod4 1V1 KO tourney now, 28 ppl signed up ! it has been very successful
KZ 2 Summer league starting soon again
GRID league is in full swing
FIFA is about to take off

we play casually all the timealso, fun games like knives only, head shot only sniper games, hide and seak etc.. i'm personaly not involved in any of the european ladder games, but we have a team to represent us

check it out if interested, plenty of us in the over 29 age bracket ! so we're not totally over run by the younger lads
