Lost Season 6 extra hour

No exact date has been announced for Lost to return, but presumably it will be in January once again.

I hope the premier is like the finale and a 2 hour standalone episode and not like 2 different episodes a la season 5. Both episodes had very different feels to them and didn't work as well as I hoped.

Yeah, that was because ABC's decision to air 5x01 and 5x02 together wasn't made until after they were written and shot. I agree they worked poorly together.

This time, however, since the writers know in advance, they will almost certainly write and direct the premiere as a proper 2 hour event. This is very exciting imo.

ABC website says that it will be back early 2010, lets hope it's Jan. It should be released at more or less the same time over here to stop any spoilers.

Hopefully RTE show it on Wednesdays which would be only one day behind the US. More than likely it'll be the Thursday or Sunday though. Either way I'll be downloading the episodes in work Wednesday mornings and be watching them as soon as I get home from work.

Absolutely. I started downloading episodes last season because I just couldn't wait till the sunday to see them. Will be doing the same this year
