It is annoying, I sadly hit a dog a few weeks ago, he ran out infront of us on a narrow road at 11pm and I sadly had no where to avoid him. I found the people who owned him he was still amazingly alive but sadly died a little bit later. Even though it wasnt myfault I still felt like a sack of **** :/

..working for...dealing with...liking...socialising with...tolerating... etc. You don't have to be a mad dog/cat/guinea pig/gerbil/hamster person but if you have no respect for animals I just don't want to know you!

That's an accident though it can happen to anyone!

It drives me mad! The thought of someone doing that to our two dogs makes me see red, I would literally go crazy. He's trying to spoil my anniversary with my OH but it ain't gonna happen! Blissful weekend = zen mind!

i wouldnt be able to control myself in this situation, id be screaming at that stage... n then id have to find out where the dog was to go and check myself or at least move it off the road...

people like that boil my blood...someone hit our dog years ago and never stoped, were convinced it was our neighbour but he was to scared to say anything...

just for a bit of perspective ...

it isn't always safe or wise to just stop in the middle of the road ...for whatever reason.

i'd be as annoyed with the stupid owners who allow their dogs run free. i killed a dog before and was very upset about it. it wasn't my fault the dog does not belong on a busy main road left to judge traffic himself, he ran under my back wheels from the footpath so i had no hope. i stopped and neighbours of the owner said they'd take care of it him as he was dead and they were gonna take him down to the owners house. i blame them. my brothers dog was killed last year, same thing they could have no qualms with the driver it was them who let the dog out running about the estate.

It is inexcusable not to stop by your boss though and hard for you to be in a position not to be able to say anything.

Thanks, it's hard but few of us are lucky to have brilliant bosses!
