    just chatting to Ursula and Dave in the office over the last few minutes and we were remarking on what a decent bunch Boardies are and we thought - we've never actually said that to you guys - lots of Boardies have posted thanking us for our service but we just thought we should post saying...

    Do you know how many times Ursula has ripped my head off because I was stuck into the laptop or on the phone replying to a boardie at 10.30 in the evening? or at 7.30 in the morning at breakfast?

    ...and yes it was all your fault - you started it all...

    Seriously though. thanks a million McCaul - Boardies have been great for us over the last 12 months and we are now putting more effort into our Boards Customers and we are going to appoint a specific Boards liason Colleague over the next few days to look after you when I'm not around.

    Anyway thats it - thanks again - it's all your fault ;) just don't ever introduce yourself to Ursula if you want to escape alive!
