    decided to train for triathlons in October and from his logs has shown unwaivering commitment and progress to date Great results, won a cycling TT, unfailing enthusasim and commitment.

    Has set an incredible challenge of Conn Ultra which he nailed in sub 5 , a half IM which I'm confident he will not just complete but do better than mid pack and he is the most likely of the sub 3 hopefuls to get it in the DM. Also because I can see him doing even bigger things like an IM, 100k Ultra, Adventure race etc...All round excellent athlete IMO who has to balance it all just like the rest of us Says it better than I could!

    I can't believe she isnt an elite. she did under 3.30 in Cork that day, and it was just training for her. says it all. And thats ignoring 2 Ironman races in a week coming up, countless ultras... The Duracell Bunny of Boards!
