    We had a lot of people nominating but the vast (vast) majority came down to just two:

    Woddle
    People said:"started 1000m challenge...great to encourage people to run..came up with the idea and started boards AC..got a boards AC speed session thead going to help people with their training...all round, for his enthusiasm, input and organisation I'll nominate Woddle...WODDLE, has to be... im not on boards too much, but i always catch up on everything thats going on, and he was the start of many a good thread, and his ideas and the boards ac was partly due to him"

    Rarely has so much repect been gained by saying so little! "hands down!...little but with quality...advice is excellent...very few posts, but everyone is blown-away by the quality

    Hon mentions go to – Krusty (funny, informative, helpful - good guy all round.) and Roy Mc(poster of the year so far (and possibly most underestimated), for his outstanding patience and advise to Newbies. Invariably he is the first one to respond to the Newbie questions such as: am i running to fast / too slow /too much / not enough. His answers are always encouraging)
