Redundancy Question

    Hi all,

    What's the position with redundancy if you've worked with an organisation (public sector) for 4 years on a yearly fixed-term contract basis that's been renewed each year. Are you entitled to any, or because it's fixed term do you not qualify?

    Cheers for that. If I read it right then, i should be entitled to a few quid then after all? That plus outstanding vacation will help a bit :)
