Best Apartments in Waterford City???

Can anybody suggest the "best" apartments around waterford

Im looking to rent 1 or 2 bed apartment in sept/oct time

Car parking is a must and also would like nice area and a hot tub would be nice haha

Can anybody tell me what the houses out in Crisendom in ferrybank are like?

Back to reality tho any help appreciated

there are apartments down the lane at the back of the cove bar on the dunmore road , some really nice ones down there i must say , a friend of mine has an outdoor hot tub outside his apt. down there , im not sure if he bought it or it was there when he moved in,

someone else might have the name of the apartment's down there , i cant think of it off the top of my head.

I think there called glen cove apartments, they're pretty pricey too as far as I know.. 1000+ per month.

There should be plenty of choice and value around at the minute, parking will be you're main problem if you want to stay in the city centre. Not many of the apartments seem to offer decent parking options, particularly if you have more than one car to consider.

The ones at Railway Square were decent when they opened, not sure what there like now tho

The apartments in the cloisters John Hill aernt bad. I used to live there, ours was newly done up which was nice and there is parking provided which is nice. One allocated spot, but theres 5/6 guest spaces for a second car. Ive seen a lot worse. It was 600pm for a 2 bed when I was there.

Consider Grattan Quay. Plenty of parking, great views, centrally located yet nice and quiet.
